Fortunately, being busy doesn't mean you need to let go of your dreams for your wedding day. I created my signature service, The LPE Experience, so couples like you could enjoy a blissful engagement and wedding day, watching your vision unfold without giving the logistics a single thought.
I know how much this day means to you, and I'll create and manage it with the same care you would apply yourself.
From your initial consultation through every step of the wedding planning journey, I'll be your experienced guide to the process and supportive friend cheering you on. I'll orchestrate the logistics, build your creative team, and curate the details using my expert eye for design.
Then, on the day of, I'll coordinate venue setup while managing your vendors and timeline—leaving you free to soak in every moment with each other.

01. The Wedding Planning Process
Upon booking, you'll receive The LPE Experience Wedding Planning Document Bundle. This includes your fully customized budget, payment schedule, planning timeline, guest list and seating arrangements, and all other necessary documents and guides we will use throughout the planning process.
We'll meet monthly to go over your vision, ideas, vendor selection, and budget to ensure we're on the same page. I'll also use these appointments to ensure all facets of planning are on track.
Throughout the process, you'll receive ongoing support from me via phone calls and emails—expert guidance is only a few clicks away! You'll have access to me for all your questions and concerns at all times, not just during our meetings together.
You'll receive a custom design proposal for your ceremony and reception, turning your incredible ideas into reality. This includes your mood boards, colour palette, and layouts.
02. Your Wedding Venue & Vendor Team
We'll work with trusted vendors I have personally vetted or worked with previously to create your wedding day. I'll recommend specific vendors and venues based on their availability, your wedding aesthetic, and your budget.
I'll accompany you to meetings with prospective vendors and venues so you can feel confident in your decision-making.
I'll communicate with your vendors and venue throughout the process to ensure everyone is on the same page with the wedding day timeline.
03. Your Wedding Rehearsal & Wedding Day
With just weeks to go until your wedding day, I'll handle the finer details. You won't need to worry about coordinating pick-up times, confirming dates, or last-minute communication with your vendors.
I'll supervise your rehearsal the night before and work out any remaining knots in the wedding day timeline.
You did it—the big day has finally arrived! You'll focus on getting married while I coordinate setup and provide on-site direction for your vendors. I'll also be your vendors' primary point of contact throughout the day, so neither you nor a loved one has to undertake that role.

To ensure the high-quality experience we are known for, I book a limited number of weddings each year. After you fill out the LPE Questionnaire to ensure our styles align, we will see if your date is available, and then we will book your complimentary consultation

We'll grab coffee or glasses of wine, and you'll tell me about your vision for your big day (no worries if you don't have one yet—that's what I'm here for!). If we're a good fit, we'll seal the deal with a contract

Once it's official, we'll start planning your wedding! I'll recommend vendors tailored to your budget and style and get to work on a custom design proposal.
