Event Management
You're organized and want to be hands-on during planning. But you would love to have some expert guidance along the way so you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous event you've put together.
With LPE's Event Management package, you will have access to the LPE Wedding Planning Document Bundle, which includes a tailored budget, planning timeline, and a guest list tracker. During your planning, you will have two check-in calls and ongoing email support to ensure everything is on track.
Lindsay will fully take over vendor communication eight weeks before your wedding and help you tie up any loose ends. I'll assist with creating your final timeline and orchestrate your floor plan and seating arrangements.
When your wedding day comes, I'll oversee the setup, handle the logistics, and manage your timeline. All of your careful planning will translate to seamless execution - leaving you free to experience your wedding day like a guest. Event Management pairs perfectly with the Design & Styling, so your day looks and unfolds just as you desire!

Design & Styling
You've started planning your wedding, but the aesthetics and design are beginning to feel overwhelming. With our Design & Styling addition, I'll help you define your unique style and create a custom design proposal and a mood board with a colour scheme so you can start to see the vision come to life.
I will give vendor recommendations based on your style and budget and be there for your design-based meetings. We will have three meetings and a venue site visit. Together, we’ll work through all the details to create a thoughtful, cohesive design and incredible guest experience.
On your wedding day, you will have on-site styling, so you can go into your weekend knowing that the decor will be all taken care of so you and your friends can concentrate on being the guests of honour.

To ensure the high-quality experience we are known for, I book a limited number of weddings each year. After you fill out the LPE Questionnaire to ensure our styles align, we will see if your date is available, and then we will book your complimentary consultation

We'll grab coffee or glasses of wine, and you'll tell me about your vision for your big day (no worries if you don't have one yet—that's what I'm here for!). If we're a good fit, we'll seal the deal with a contract

Once it's official, we'll start planning your wedding! I'll recommend vendors tailored to your budget and style and get to work on a custom design proposal.
